Resignation, Media Support Geithner Congressmen
and Senators have already called for the Treasury Secretary’s
resignation or firing because of A.I.G. debacle, yet the news
media defend him. Time magazine even touted Geithner’s
“transformation” from incompetence to success this week, but it
was a different story when Bush appointees were under fire.
